I asked on YouTube for budget fitness recommendations and like 50 people said Fitbit Charge 6. Figured for $159.95 I couldn't lose. I saw someone on YouTube say these are better than $300 fitness. I thought they were lying. They weren't. The sleep stages is genuinely impressive for $159.95. The touch controls are annoying. I keep accidentally pausing my music when I adjust them. TL;DR: Fitbit Charge 6 is worth every penny. $159.95 for heart rate is a steal. Ignore the haters on Reddit.
